Well I've just had my Ofsted inspection and it went really well She gave me a GOOD!
I hadn't been minding for 2 1/2 years and so much had changed since the last time I'd minded a child. I spent ages putting a file together of all the policies etc that they want these days and the inspector was pleased with it all.
So thanks a lot mumlove for all your advice and for letting me see your stuff as it really helped
