We have a lovely Columbian au pair who has been with us for 6 months. She is kind, clever and I can't recommend her highly enough. Why are we letting her go? Because we have begun to travel a lot and need someone who can come with us at the drop of the hat to France and elsewhere in the EU, also because I am going back to work and need someone who will do sole care. She wants to stay near where we live - NW3 Hampstead. Let me know if you are interested. We pay her 100 per week but I think she would be looking for more - she has a lot of experience 2 other families here in the UK and I suspect is more of a mother's help level now.
