Childminder to after school children

I have 5 gorgeous children that I look after, each on their own is a pleasure and grouped together are also great to work with, however I have 1 extra for 2 day’s that makes the day crazy! It’s fine we go to the park and run off the energy but I feel I can’t connect to this 1 child and really want to. He sees my rules (I have 3) very difficult to cope with although his brother is fine.. I just want to ask what do other after school childminder’s do with a child who sees everything as unfair unless he gets his own way! Ps I have 6 children including my own for the 2 days he is with me...

I find the 2-3 hours after school, the most stressful of my day. I only have after school kids who listen and behave, I give notice if they are not a good fit for my setting. Life is too short
