Dual citizen au pair

Hi!

I am currently searching for an au pair.
I've began talks with one girl I really like - she has lots of relevant experience, is really personable and kind, and a little bit older than the average au pair which I think could be a plus.
My only worry is: she is a dual British and Irish citizen, and grew up solely in England. She has been living abroad for a few years now.
She would be coming to us as an Irish au pair, despite the fact that she hasn't lived there before.
Is this okay? DP and I are both British citizens.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Yes, that’s fine. We’ve had 3 South African au pairs who also have British passports.
The cultural exchange aspect is applicable as they’ve not lived here before.
