Hi fellow childcare workers! Can you tell I'm in a slightly better mood than I was this morning!
Well, DH has just phoned to say, someone has recovered ALL his paper work. He's collected it, its in a bit of a mess, but it all seems to be there. His diary, his customer contact details and everything! They've nicked his biros tho! The boss is relieved too, it means they don't have to report lost paper work to the next boss up, so DH struck whilst he was in a good mood and asked if he could have an order number for the wholesalers! Boss said, as long as you don't put a bill through for £400, I'm sure we could do something, yes!
So, things aren't as bleek as they were this morning.
Just come back from visiting my mindee who had a hip cast fitted on Monday. Bless her heart, she's 14 mths. She has a bright pink cast and seems happy. I've had a lesson in changing her nappy and it wasn't nearly as terrible as I thought it would be. She's only got to have it on for 6 weeks and I'm not getting her back for another 2, so I think I'll be OK.
