Strangely I had an Au Pair application from an English girl in Staplehurst, she was a non driver and looking for something nearby - I'm 2 stops up the line.

I'll hunt for her email addy and see if she is still looking.

Have you looked at www.childcarelink.gov.uk for childminders/nurseries? I am in Marden but I used to have a childminder in Staplehurst. There are some good ones there, check out the site and it should give you quite a few.
