Interviewing nanny tommorow any tips

I have never employed a nanny before,but realy like the sound of this girl. I am phone interviewing her tommorow any advice on what i should ask her ? i thought if it went well then we will meet in person next week to see how we all get on.Has anyone done this do they have any tips

Tuck your skirt into your knickers and see if she tells you - if she does, she's honest and hopefully tactful. If she doesn't, offer to show her the door.

Seriously I have never had a nanny but here's a bump for you!
