how do you find your Mindees mix your own kids ?

Still in process of registering at moment , but was wondering how do you all work it with mindees and your own?...
Mine are 6yr, 2yr and 6 months and would be looking for 1 mindee full time ( ideally around 2yrs!!) did you find it hard to get them to settle into sharing mummy etcetc ?

I have a very easy-going ds who doesn't even realising he's sharing mummy!! Also, if you have 3 dc they are already used to sharing you with eachother. My ds sometimes gets grumpy in the evenings but mainly because he's tired.
