Just wondered if anyone knows the answer to this as it's unclear on the website. Will be on the last 3 months of maternity leave when DD is entitled to start 30 free hours childcare. However whilst it's states you can claim the free hours whilst on maternity. It also states you must be earning a certain amount which I won't be as don't get paid in the last 3 months maternity. Has anyone been in a similar position and know whether they can claim it or not? Thanks
