It's a bit complicated but I really hope you can advise me !

I have 2 dds, one is 3.2 years and the other one is 2 months old. In january I'm du to go back to work. My 2 dds were supposed to go to the same childminder as DD was since she was 7 months old. But because we were supposed to move at a certain point, she agreed to take another child..so the result is, she can only take the baby in january and not DD1.

DD1 is going to preschool in september, and in january she'll be in another nursery in the afternoon as it's the only solution we can afford...

The only thing is that in the morning I start at 8 and finish at 4.30 and DH starts at 9 and finish at 5.30.

We dont have anyone for DD1 from 8 to 9 (time in which she starts school) do you think it s possibloe to find a chilminder will take her just one hour in the morniong ?

Its a possibilty. I take 2 girls from 8 & drop them at school only. Since its only an hour a day, do you have a friend doing the same school run who can help?
The only other alternative is to find a new childminder all together for both girls.

Thank you Maureen...I cant go for another childminder as the one I have at the moment is 35 pounds a day, normaly in this aera they are 50/60 pounds a day so I cant afford it. But if you tell me it's possible to find someone hourly, I'll try to find one.

Start with phoning your council, they'll be able to point you in the right direction. They might even come up with an even better option. Good luck!

do the school do an early morning breakfast club?

I am a CM and I have a couple of kiddies who I only have for 1 hour before school. Ask around, ask at the schools too.
good luck
