Anyone out there know a good childminder or interested in nanny share in NW10 (I'm in Neasden)? Need child care for my baby for mid-September when he will be 8m and I have to go back to work. I'm also thinking about an au pair but am very wary about leaving my little one with a teen. Have looked at the CIS but haven't found anything quite suitable yet.
