Just spoken to another CM in my area and she asked me If I'd been asked by Ofsted to get another Medical Declaration done by the doctors. We both where registered within weeks of each other. I've not received a request, nor have I heard of anyone else being asked to do one.
Has anyone else had a request like this from Ofsted?
