Childminder driving on mobile, would you want to know?

I saw a childminder who looks after a few children near me driving them all home the other day, on a rather bendy and iffy bit of road, and noticed she was on her mobile! This horrified me, but I accept I am particularly anal about car safety. Would you ant to know, if it was you LO she was driving around, or would it be more hassle than it's worth?

Yes to def need to know at the end of the day it's illegal sadley there is still to many people who think they can get away with it.

Thanks for that, I'll maybe ask my friend who knows somw of the people who use her, too. Is always a hard thing to do, as is such a dilemma with these type situations whether it's worth the upheaval of moving your child. [sigh]....

I would want to know and would be furious with her.
