I’m a registered childminder, due to my first inspection at any time
I had a complaint made against me and I had unannounced visit from ofsted
All went well as I was aware about the complaint and I emailed ofsted to let them know
My problem is with Mash and LADO they were really useless in my case
Didn’t get any support from both of them
And still chasing them for an email that I need to forward to my ofsted investigator.i spoke to one of the social worker today and she was so rude and unprofessional
And she promised to email me back and yet again nothing
Any childminders bring in my situation please can advice
Regards

Well what was the complaint relating to?

Was nothing true about the complaint ( all his complaints were safeguarding)
Like I leave the children sleeping in the car and I do the school pick up

Kayza you could try your local university if you don't have any luck with childminders or nannies. Or the bubble app or sitters.
