Best places to find a nanny (Kent / Surrey border)

Just wondering if anyone had any recommendations for the best agencies / websites to find nannies?
We had one lined up through a local agency and she has now decided she doesn't want it, so we're in the lurch a little bit.

i recommend nanny job as well

i ahve got alot of my jobs through there

IMO alot of agencies arnt great... essentailly all you are paying for is for them to make a call to check references which can cost over £1000 personally i would rather save £1k and make a couple of phone calls myself
