Mothers' Help Job Description?

Title says it all, really. Does anyone have a link to a good one, or have a summary off the top of their head of what their MH has done in the past?

I'm at home most of the time now, so we're switching from a sole charge Nanny to a Mothers' Help. I found with Nannies it was a bit of a minefield: there are things they are "expected" to do, and things they most definitely are not. Want to make sure we are reasonable in what we ask of this new person as they'll be fairly young/inexperienced and not able to give us much input.

Bumping this for you as I'm interested too. I'm trying to work out if I need/want a mother's help or an au pair. I've been looking at the mother's help ads on nannyjob and the descriptions seem identical to nanny job description s (including sole charge) so I was wondering if the job description could be very different from one household to another.
Bump!
