I have an employer who uses NannyPaye.

There is a recent message thread where I wrote about some things to ask payroll providers - as they all do the same basic service - what differs is what they charge for when you need to change things, such as pay rate, change the nanny, have a second nanny, nanny goes on maternity leave, all sorts of things which some charge for and some include in their annual fee.
