my 17 month old mindee has started sticking his fingers in his mouth, quite normal id think, prob is, his little teeth are so sharp he has cuts all over his fingers.
then obv putting them back in mouth, am worried bout cuts and poss infection? any tips?as asking him to take them out doesnt work
