Aupair pay over half term holidays

Ladies, can I check do you pay your Aupairs extra if they look after your children in the half term holidays ?

If they do extra hours, yes.

Many people book them into camps for some of the time, just so the au pair isn't looking after them all the time, but yes, if they work extra hours it's extra pay.

Yes we have an agreed rate in the contract and any extra hours are paid. Where we live the holiday clubs to cover the whole summer so there is always some full days she has to cover for us.
