CM Club - Q3 - (this is for parents using CMs too) holidays - I know it's been done before!

I charge half for mine, full for parents. Perhaps more than average but I think it's fairly justified. How many others do this? (A few CMs I know don't, but then one doesn't go on holiday and the other goes TONS.)

I charge nothing for my holidays (I take two weeks at Christmas, two weeks in the summer, and occasional early finishing to fit in emergency dental treatment!!)

I charge half-fee for parents' holidays, but none of mine are away too much.

I don't charge for my holidays and half for theirs. Generally, I work mostly termtime anyway, so I am rarely out of pocket.

I charge excatly the same as you TP. I find mine don't go away very often either though as they wait for me to book my holidays then book round me so they don't have to struggle finding childcare. Works really well actually
