I might need pre-school care for the next couple of weeks.

Can I pay a friend of mine (she is not registered) to look after my 2 for 2 hours each morning?

I think that you can do so if it is for 1 hour and 59 minutes, but not for 2 hours.

Serious! It wont even be 2 hours, about 1 hour and 40 minutes. Thats great news, though I could get into some hot water.
