What would you like your Ofsted reference to say?

My wonderful childminder has asked me to write her a reference for her forthcoming Ofsted inspection. I would like to write her a glowing one, as my 17 month old ds loves her. Also, we were asked to leave one childminder when he was 9 months because he cried all the time and wouldn't sleep, so this lady really helped us out of a crisis, getting him to have a daily nap almost straight away. Obviously I will include this on the reference, but what else can I say I am happy about? I am a primary teacher writing 30 reports aswell at the moment, so have a bit of brain freeze going on. Thanks.

You caN SAY how professional that she has been to you and your family. Has she advised you on any health or developmental matters. Happy with the food and activities she provides. That lo is always happy to go and that you trust her to take care.

that he seems to love going there.

think thats it.
