Have you ever heard about the QV childrens centre? I think that's by far the worst childcare in Melbourne yet! Parents and children are losing their belongings, even the staff themselves! And they don't even have security cameras to help investigate the issues! I've once encountered a Facebook post that a child got hurt, like he fractured his leg while he was in the childcare facility! and they could not even explained how or why it happened! and the worst thing is not even one single apology was given by the facility nor the company. They even had the nerve to block on Facebook the mum who was complaining! i want to know if anybody here has a same experience. pls do reply! Thank you!
