The chap on the Childcare Approval Scheme helpline said that she could be self employed, or employed by us.. but I've just seen a thread on here that disputes that - saying something about regularity of hours etc etc means that they will always be your employee.. can anyone explain, or lead me to a website where I can work out what we need to do next?
