FAQs- parents what would you like to know?

I am just updating my welcome pack and thought I’d do a FAQ page to help parents when their child is starting with me. I do have a comprehensive policies and procedures document but thought this would be easier for them to refer to.

What sort of things would you like to know?

The contractual side if things would be covered but I’M thinking more what should they bring? Etc

Do they have to provide food or is it provided?
Nappies and wipes?
Illnesses- can child still attend/payment
Holidays/retainer/full pay
What do you do all day, how do you entertain older ones as well as the babies
Pets
Other local cms for holiday cover
Tv rules
Healthy eating
How do we pay/childcare vouchers/funding
Do you need car seats/cot/buggy providing

I will keep thinking of any more for you

I'd want to know if any outings etc are extra or included in the fee, also can I leave my buggy with you at drop off
