Just wanted to share.....

Hi don't know if this should be in the AIBU section but I had my first ever inspection from OFSTED today as I have only minded for about 4 months. Any way the lady was lovely and I got an outstanding grade but when I told my family and friends they didn't seem at all bothered. Thought I would come on here and share with all of you instead as they don't show interest.

But your MN name is a tad dull and if you changed it to OFSTEDOUTSTANDING you would get more attention

Well done you! We will expect to see you in the CM Staff Room with champaigne & truffles in the morning. We might even let you sit in the special armchair. (The one without the dodgey spring and highly flamable foam poking out the side!)

BTW I got satisfatory because the bloody woman came during the summer holidays and I didn't have any kids to show her!!

I'm not bothered to be honest! All my parents are very happy with me and all the children are happy. I have a very good relationship with all of them and get all my work through recommendation. I have been full consantly for 10 years!

And when I told my parents I was only satisfactory, they bought me flowers and the kids made me a badge saying 'Best CM' - can't get a higher accolaid than that imo!

Thanks everone for your kind words was nice to be able to tell people that understood! MaureenMLove take no notice of the satisfactory that wasnt fair the most important thing imo is that the kids and parents are happy because its not OFSTED that have to be looked after by you!

Absolutely! They're luckly to have me! come and join the staff room later. We've got a special VIP area for the outstandings and someones got parsnip crisps. We did have cookies that I made with mindee1 earlier, but I think they're all gone now!
