Does anyone have a letter template I can pinch/ borrow to OFSTED to say we intend to move? Please?

i dont chick cos wasnt reg before we moved here in july, i think just current then new address along with dates would be fine

Erm i dont actualy have a moving in date but do have an idea of when i'd like to be in and open for business!
