Free Online english course for au pair?

I'm just trying to settle in a new au pair and her English is visually non existent. She lacks confidence... I know it will pass and I'm pretty tolerant of this stage after some years of having au pairs.
However i need to get her talking so I'm looking for a recommended you tube type course - There are literally loads so obviously I'm just trying to get a recommendation.

A youtube video is passive, she won't practise or interact.
