Here are some I used at the last interview I did. I'm sure I stole some (if not all) of the questions from Uwila's famous questionnaire

How would you organise your day, what activities would you do?
How would you describe your approach to discipline (as appropriate to a 3 and 5 year old)?

What would you do if a child bumped their head badly?
if they got burnt/scolded?
if they got a deep cut?

How many hours of television do you think a 3 year old should watch each day?

What kinds of television programs do you believe are acceptable for a 3 year old? For a 5 year old?

? Do you smoke?

? What kinds of foods do you like to eat? What do you like to cook?

? Describe a typical day?s meal plan for XXX (include lunch, dinner and snacks)?

? Are you happy with the days/hours of work?

? Describe your experience with children of 3/5years old.

? Would you be willing to work from earlier (6.30am) if XXXX is in USA.?

? Do you have a driver?s license? How long have you had it? Have you any points on it?

? Do you have your own car, would you prefer to drive your own car rather than ours during the day? (Business Insurance, breakdown cover)

? What do you like to do in your spare time? Do you play any sports.

? Would you take care of the children if they were under the weather?

? How many times have you been sick in the last year? What was the illness?

Would you be happy to take the children swimming?

I didn't type - just copy and pasted and removed family names.
Glad it went well. Only reason to make a quick decision would be if he/she is having a few interviews this weekend and you want to get in first. Good luck
