Has anyone opened a bank account for their aupair?!

Have just got an aupair and she asked whether it was possible to open a bank account for her!!I have had aupairs before and paid cash weekly in arrears.....

I've done it for a nanny who banked at the same bank as me - so was relatively straight forward. My new nanny is foreign and it was impossible to get sorted out. It was possible though to get a second credit card on my account, but the risk of missuse lies with me in that event.

No, really not worth the aggro.
