CM CLUB I'm still waiting!!

Quick question how long was it between OFSTED ringing you to say that they would be doing a visit and them actually turning up? We agreed they would come on a Wednesday or Thursday about 2 weeks ago and still they havent been. I dont mind but we go out for walks alot in the mornings and I have been asked to stay in until 10 in case they turn up so really frustrating especially in nice weather!

phone them
ofsted phoned me to see if they could visit and turned up the day after as did they with other childminders
maybe the inspector got ill and forgot and phone them to complain and say you have been waiting in and its spoling your rountine

Thought about that but wont it go against me? dont want them to think that I am having to 'prepare' for them to come especially as its my first inspection

dont think its preparing for them in a sence its more to do with keeping to a routine

definitely phone, it won't go against you
