Have a temp contract for just three days for two after schoolers. Really looking forward to it as one of them is DD's best friend.

Only thing is her and her little sister are allergic to dairy! Eggs, milk, cheese and the like!!!!

Planning on fruit and juice when get in from school, but.....

What on earth can I feed them for their evening meal?

Star dairy doesn't necessarily mean eggs. Well actually it doesn't mean eggs at all, tho an egg allergy and a dairy allergy can go together.

You can buy dairy-free marg (from Sainsbo's) and lots of other dairy-free stuff too.

Milk can be soya milk etc. Otherwise I would just do what you normally do but leave out the cheese - pasta with tomato sauce, meat dishes are fine, baked beans, baked potatoes, salad stuff, sandwiches, veg all fine, shepherd's pie, pizza with dairy-free cheese, etc.

Could you ask them (as they are after schoolers) what they like to eat. That way you can find things they can eat, and will eat.

Thanks, will buy a few extra things in to be prepared and ask them what they like!

you can make white sauce etc with goats milk...

diary free butter type stuff is readily avaliable.

presunamble basic meals of meat / chicken, with pasta / rice / pasta and veg are ok?

or tomaote based pasta sauces.
bolognese sauces etc!

puddings can be dairy free yogurt / dairy free deserts, fresh fruit, fruit juice lollies etc!
