Parent visited

Then signed contracts

Would bring the money the next day

Never turned up

Now I have to write a letter to terminate the contract

Grr because these contracts cost money and my time was wasted for over an hour....for nothing

I might try & get the initial deposit - but I'm not sure I can be bothered

Hate it when that happens.

Would it be worth signing a trial period contract of a month that you could draw up yourself? Once you know all is well all parties sign the official long-term one.

I have my own version of the contract which I print off and use for first 4 weeks then sign NCMA one after that ie once I know they are serious, I know this is no help now, but does save me money, but I am tight!!!!! Happy to email it to you if you are interested, do the same with child information form too
