cm club: can anyone help write variation letter for 4 under 5

I am on maternity leave at mo with my 2nd which takes up another space my eldest is 3.
mindee coming back but is mainly term time with occassional care in holidays. mindee 3 1/2 both going to pre school in sept she is 4 days with occassional fridays. wanting variation but obviously part time basis. ofsted sent info out but am needing help.

How old is the other mindee? Will any of them be aged 4 and attending 10 educational sessions (eg. full-time school) in September?
