Morning

I am getting bored of my usual meals and need some inspiration. I also want to start doing a weekly planner (although I only need it Mon-Wed as Thur & Fri it's just one baby I have)

So, idea's please & recipes if you have them!

TIA

BTW, one thing I really could do with idea's on is Salmon Fillets. I have these great frozen Salmon fillets from SeaFresh and at the moment, I just boil/steam them and search with veggies. Need some more idea's! I think I saw something about parma ham once.

I'm only actually cooking for my own ds (4) and mindee 1 (20 months)

Wish I had some as well... the children seem to have got more fussy over the past term. Anyone got any veggie recipes which children will actually eat?

Salmon - could use it in fishcakes. Depending on what the children will eat, you can keep them very simple, combining the fish with mashed potato. Coat lightly in flour (rice flour is best, but plain will do if you don't have that) and then lightly fry.

I do a lot of veggie recipes as, although my kids arn't, I am veggie myself, and I usually have whatever they do for lunch/tea.

Kids I look after are all under 18 months at the mo, but all love my;

Noodles (or rice) and veg stir fry
Tomato and veg pasta
Tomato gonochi (sp)
Cheese and brocolli pasta

Am aware that it will get much more difficult to get them to eat such things as they get older. My 8 year old eats NO veg and only fruit is apples, would live on peanut butter sandwiches given the choice. HTH
