NEW: Childcare Provider Advertising - on Mumsnet

Have you played with Mumsnet Local ? Mumsnet Local lists classes, playgrounds, and lots of other things, including Childcare Providers.

Just added my details to it, along with a toddler group I attend.

Mumsnet Tech has been playing with Google Maps like I was, but MumsNet Tech's is better than mine - it updates as you move around the country. It won't show average childminder prices per area... but it will show locations of childcare providers, if they choose to add themselves.

I added so much in the end, that I was one of the three winners for the Petter Rabbit Organic Food / Miss Potter DVD competition. The children I nanny will love those Peter Rabbit things , I'll keep the DVD

Think this is the second time ever, I've won a competition. And the first ever time my username has appeared on the mumsnet Home page!

Fab thank you for the info! Have added my details! Have noticed that a childminder doing drop offs to RAF Henlow/ Derwent school has not put any contact details - if anyone knows who it is please let them know!
