I finished 20mins ago & am off until the 17th April...yippee!

Have a drink for me, I'm off to bed to get rid of nasty bug in hope I'll be fresh to fly tomorrow!

crace · 05/04/2007 17:11

All done from 1pm today - bliss is definitely the word for it! The next 4 days free - can't wait!

YIPPEE, I'm also done and having a drink now So looking forward to 4 days off and the sun is supposed to keep shining so

star1976 · 05/04/2007 20:54

Wonder if I can find someone to take my kids for the next 4 days ??????????

ThePrisoner · 05/04/2007 21:12

... which is the advantage of being old like me - my children are (supposedly) grown-ups too!

ShoshableEggEater · 05/04/2007 21:48

So is mine hes even married...........now they both come home for the holidays

ThePrisoner · 05/04/2007 22:00

That, of course, is the downside! Eldest dd has become a permanent resident having finished uni, and the other two are back for uni holidays.

It's a bit grim really, for me to be looking forward to the peace and quiet when they go back to university and I can get back to the "normal" routine of screaming, poopy babies and rucking schoolchildren!!

ShoshableEggEater · 05/04/2007 22:09

The Prisoner its when they bring THEIR children with them as well

princesscc · 05/04/2007 22:24

I've off for the WHOLE of the Easter holiday (Friday last week to Monday week after next). Best bit is they all decided to take holiday, not me, so I still get paid! Actually, I miss my little ones already!

ThePrisoner · 06/04/2007 02:17

My dds say they're not having children until they are very very old - they've spent far too much time around small children that they realise just how much hard work they are! I'd just never thought of childminding as being a contraceptive before!!

ShoshableEggEater · 06/04/2007 11:49

Unfortunately (or not) DS had a child at 17, and I have looked after her a lot, but hoping that he and DDIL will not be producing any for awhile, they need time to be a couple I feel
