CM Club - Anyone have a TIME OFF Chart/Spreadsheet

Hi

I'm being lazy now!!! Anyone have a spreadsheet set up to keep tabs on their days off each year?

Because I have part timers, I have to work out my 4 weeks off a year as days (i.e. if they come 3 days a month I get 12 days a year, if they come 2 I get 8 and so on...)

I know I need a spreadsheet or something for this or I'll get in a muddle. Anyone got something I can pinch???

TIA

It would be straight forward if I wasn't paid the way I am (I get paid on 1st of each month into my bank, the monthly fee is worked out over 48 weeks instead of 52 so the 4 weeks hols is knocked off). Also be easier if everyone started on 1st Jan and if they are going to leave, left on 31st Dec

Just realised that not many of you probably do it this way therefore wouldn't need a spreadsheet or anything if you just do different invoice amount each time.

Probably have to do one myself then
