30 hours free nursery

Although my DD hasn't used this yet the application needs to be renewed every three months. I cannot find a link to do this, only to register or check eligibility.

Can anyone help?

I believe that you renew from inside your Childcare Account.

To login, start as though you are registering.

You should get an email before the end of the 3 months to remind you to renew.

Unfortunately they are having all sorts of issues with these accounts. I have tried to renew 6 times and it has not worked. Even though I have phoned them - I am in a queue for my issue to be dealt with!! This has resulted in my 'top up' not being added, my 30 hours disappearing from my account and failure to pay my nursery.
