Mindee 2 is 2.9, he is usually absolutely no bother. His dad is military and has been away a lot, and is away just now. The child fell asleep for 10 minutes and then got woken when i tried to move him into a more comfortable position. Since then (4.35) he has been screeching "I want my mum" over and over. Not crying, not upset, just screeching. he's here on my knee just now. I have earache!.
Even if i call his mum to come home it will be at least 5.45 before she gets here as it takes an hour to get through the traffic. Have tried all the usual distractions, nothing working, he is lashing out at other mindee when he comes near, and i really need some other advice how to stop him screaming. My DS2 is upstairs crying because of the noise!
