Can they roll over month to month?

So say you pay in you maximum amount each month, but one month you use less than that amount in childcare costs, but the next month you use more.

Will the extra you paid in from the 1st month be useable towards the childcare costs the 2nd month?

Yes, it just accumulates. I've been saving mine from mat leave. Must find out if they 'expire.'
