How can you use these to pay fees termly rather than from a monthly pay packet? My dd will be going to preschool within an independent school on September. She'll get the 15hours and be balance will be paid through my oh's work childcare vouchers scheme but not sure how to arrange the frequency to termly.

You have to do it manually once you receive the invoice. The voucher provider should allow for one off payments so you just do payment each time.

Many independent schools allow fees to be paid monthly rather than termly - work put what is due over the course of a year and divide it by 12.

Alternatively ask for the vouchers to be given to you in paper format.

Peuk our elder daughter's are already paid termly so it'll be much easier to streamline them both.
