My friend has just started childminding. Was going to place dd with her on a monday but it fell through as she made a mistake with her numbers and had too many under 5s. She says that when dd goes to school it should be no problem, as she can take 3 5-8 yr olds after school (including her own dd who is the same age as mine). Is this right?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Yep 3 under 5 (of which 1 under1) plus 3 5-8's plus (an unpecified number) of over 8's as long as it doesn't affect the care of the under 8's

Her own children count towards those numbers

Thanks Katy
