I am a trainee doula and have done a few bits of postnatal work but not a birth yet.
I have just had a very exciting email thru my website enquiring about using my services for the birth of twins in July and post natal care afterwards.
Would you be so kind as to tell me about your initial contact with your doula. What you liked about her? How she organised the first meeting etc and what you talked about?
I have learnt all of the theory and imagined it lots of times but now its potentially real I am really worried and dont want to mess it up!
