Hello!
I live in Hackney and am struggling to find a nursery place for my daughter. Ideally I would like her to go to one with the same structure as the local co-op nursery, where parents choose the way it's run and the staff, as well as getting a discount for doing a day of work within the nursery themselves, but there are no places for us in our local one.
The manager from a different nursery suggested I find some other parents who would like to take an active part in starting their own nursery.
Is there anyone else out there in East London who is already doing this, or would want to do this?
