I have a family due to visit me tomorrow, first enquiry I've had for months, who thinks they'll turn up and who thinks they won't?!!

Yep, they'll turn up but one of them will be a tax inspector and the other will be an Ofsted inspector ... it will be the best job for you ever, but you will be afraid ... very afraid!!

get your paperwork, welcome pacl, t&c certificates ready, make sure you have fire drill etc up so you can show youre safety conseous and play with the little one, show they what a fab cm you are(and dont forget their name like i did last week!...am hoping the actually do turn up in morning!.x)

Thanks guys, have everything ready- just need to tweak my policies as a few things have changed since I last updated them.

LOL at TP, my DSIL's bessy mate is a Ofsted Inspector, I have to be very polite to the said inspector at family functions and am just hoping and praying that she doesn't do my next inspection!

Yes, I was very shocke myself at this revolation! They are realpeople and was surprised to find they have lives too!!

Gutted!!!!!!!!! I hate it when this happens maybe her car broke down her battery died. Hopefully she will ring you soon. What time was she due?

To be honest I had an idea she wouldn't turn up, I really wish that parents would ring up and tell us if their not coming, that way I could have taken my two mindees out for longer this morning.
