Hi Guys, could you have a read of this and see what you think as im worried it sounds too fomral???
Dear Parents
I would like to confirm with you all, the holidays which I have planned for this year.
Any other holidays will also be given to you with at least 4 weeks notice as per our contract.
If you still require childcare on these dates, due to your work commitments, please speak to me and I can give you details of the Childcare Information Service and Emergency Childcare as to whether they could help provide temporary care on these dates.
As we agreed on our contracts, ½ fees are required during my holiday periods. I will speak to each individual family to discuss their amounts personally, then
Each amount would need to be paid into my business account on the Monday of each week or the day your child is normally with me if part time, whilst I am away.
I will ensure you all have my bank details prior to my holidays.
If you have any questions at all please contact me on xxxxx zxxxxxx of an evening, so we are able to talk without interuption.
Confirmed Holidays
Friday March 30th
Wednesday April 18th
Monday August 20th until Saturday September 1st
(Return to work Mon September 3rd)
If you too have any holidays planned, I would appreciate it if you could let me know as soon as possible.
Thanks for your time, Take Care
Joe
