I only got Satisfactory, and all because of one stupid stupid stupid piece of (admitedly very important) paperwork that I didn't have signed by the parents!

Sue the paperwork now has tripled since i started 26 years ago, in fact we had no paperwork then !!!! we were monitored by SS then with a under 8's Officer.

I have to do written curriculum as accredited, so my paperwork can take up to 20 hours a week on top of a50 week with the children, before doing any prep, cooking, etc.

So many CM really good ones dont do it anymore cos of the paperwork.
