help!..i have a new mindee one day a week (friday), next week i have another new mindee 1-2 days a week, variable(friday also this week, but can work it as mindee one(fulltimer) isnt here until 15 mins after he leaves!..phew!..close!
i want antoher parttimer on, but how can i word it? as i wont know what day new mindee 2 will be coming until 2-3 weeks before?..help!

just advertise part time place availble

i had some children like this and was very flexible with their days until i started to get busier then i had to say to parents that i needed a more perminate days or that they could pay for a full time place and use any days. thay got back to me within a few days given me fixed days

well this mum works in health care(funny, all but one of my mindees parents have worked in health!??), so their shifts vary, i want to fill the other 2-3 days but didnt want the hassle of saying oh i can do that day this week and putting people off
