Just looking at the other 'vacancy' thread, I noticed on someone's website that says she worked for an investment bank... me too.

So, what did you do???

I was a PA most recently for a company in London, before that I was a project assistant for computer company - which I adored but it was in the States and I left it to move here.

I worked for "shabby nasty" ooops I mean Abbey National in the complaints department for 11 years....why I will never know.

We were VERY busy in that department

Was an assitant manager of a well known womans retail store, worked for BT directory enquiries, then went on to manage a mobile phone store in Middlesbrough Football club at first then own shop!..this is by far the better option although speaking to adults daily helped a bit more with my sanity
